HOW FREQUENTLY ARE YOUR PRODUCTS BAKED?

Our baked goods are produced to order. Our production happens within the hours leading up to your order pickup, or leading up to our delivery at our stockists. Our goal is to offer the freshest Gluten-Free and Vegan baked goods possible.


HOW LONG DO YOUR PRODUCTS KEEP?

Our baked goods are produced as fresh to your enjoyment as possible. We recommend consuming our donuts within 3/4 days of purchase. Our cookies are recommended to be eaten within 1 week, but have been known to be great up to two weeks. Our desserts, savory pies, and hummus should be refrigerated, and eaten within 3/4 days. Snack mix is best within a week, but we doubt you’ll snooze on it that long.


CAN I PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER? HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I DO SO?

Please use our contact for to inquire about special orders. Requests will be honored to the best of our ability. We kindly ask for at least 2 weeks notice for any special requests.


DO YOU USE ANY GENETICALLY MODIFIED INGREDIENTS (GMOS)?

We strive to avoid GMO’s as much as possible. Our ingredients are almost exclusively all natural, fresh and local.

DO YOU SHIP?

We have shipped to several customers and are willing to accommodate this request at the expense of the customer. Since our baked goods are best enjoyed within a few days we ship overnight through USPS. Please use the contact form to inquire about this option.


ARE YOU KOSHER?

We do not have any Kosher certifications or practices, so we do not offer Kosher products.

WHAT GLUTEN-FREE FLOURS DO YOU USE?

We use two flours in our bakery. Bob’s Red Mill Baking 1-to-1 GF flour is our main flour found in all of our treats. Almond flour is used in every donut, and several of our other pies and tarts.

What kind of sweeteners do you use?

Our bakery uses white, brown, and confectioners sugars. Maple Syrup is our main liquid sweetener in our donuts. Molasses can be found in our GingerSnap cookies.

WHAT KIND OF OIL DO YOU USE?

The main oil we bake with is canola oil. Our savory pies have ingredients cooked in olive and/or coconut oils.
